We recently spent an unforgettable evening at Franklin’s Gardens, hosting clients for the Northampton Saints vs Saracens match. A tight contest on the pitch and great company off it made for a perfect night of rugby, conversation and celebration.

As the night drew dark and the cold air settled over Delapré Abbey, our team stepped into the world of 1920’s Birmingham. The ominous walk from the car park to the Abbey entrance set the scene, we were about to become detectives in a murder mystery we couldn’t resist.

After seven years of study and nearly a decade in the industry, I was a fully qualified architect, ready to quit. My past experiences left me drained, frustrated, and burnt out. But just as I was preparing to leave for good, I found the 24/Three family, and everything changed.

Over the summer, we welcomed two students from Nottingham Trent University to join our team for a few weeks’ work experience. We sat down with Vona and Manjit to hear about their time with us and the experiences they gained.

In June, we hosted our first 24/Three padel tournament at the Nottingham Padel Centre, bringing together clients, friends and colleagues for a sunny afternoon of sport, connection and, most importantly, competition!

A throwback to June when the two 24/Three offices joined forces and enjoyed a fantastic day out in the beautiful city of Cambridge. It was a perfect mix of team bonding, fun, and inspiration.

Our new studios in Northampton and Newark are designed to feel like a home-from-home. With natural textures, calm corners and a secret dash of interior design from our Operations Manager, Danni, they’re spaces that support comfort, creativity and connection.

Last weekend the 24/Three team (alongside recruited friends & family) took to the River Trent as part of this year’s Newark Dragon Boat Festival, raising money in aid of Beaumond House Hospice Care and The Children’s Bereavement Centre.

Being a BIMfluencer at 24/Three means being part mentor, part detective, part enthusiastic file-namer. It’s about helping the team do what we do best - only smarter, more efficiently, and with fewer model meltdowns (hopefully).
