Our team
At 24/Three, culture isn’t just a buzzword. It’s how we work. We’re a diverse team who believe that inclusion, sustainability and enjoyment should be part of everyday working life. Because when people feel supported and valued, great things happen.
-

Sheleendra Fernando
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Shelly brings energy, passion and a wealth of industry connections to 24/Three. He’s happiest when he’s cooking, although he does have a soft spot for the occasional KFC every now and then.
-

James Dealtry Smith
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
James brings strong leadership and technical expertise and loves any excuse to get involved in a bit of business development too. An enthusiastic DIYer, he’s never short of ideas for a new home project… though the less said about how quickly (if) they get finished, the better!
-

Leah Bingham-Frost
