24/Three had the privilege of working with Woodall Homes on an exclusive development of 18 luxury homes in the desirable Normanhurst Park, set in the heart of Darley Dale. These homes were thoughtfully designed to balance timeless elegance with modern living, using locally sourced stone to reflect and enhance the surrounding landscape.

Each property offers a premium living experience, with bespoke integrated kitchens, high-spec appliances, and generous French or bi-fold doors that lead to private outdoor spaces. The design embraces light, flow, and comfort, making the most of both the interiors and the connection to the outdoors.

We supported this development with detailed technical design packs to help bring the vision to life. With construction now underway, it’s exciting to see these homes taking shape.
