Darwin Green

Darwin Green is a major new neighbourhood just two miles from the heart of Cambridge, bringing 1,593 homes to the area alongside parks, a primary school, a supermarket, a library, and local sports facilities.

24/Three was appointed to deliver the technical design for Phase 3 of the scheme, covering 210 homes including three apartment buildings. Our team produced detailed, high-quality designs that balance modern architecture with Cambridge’s design standards and community aspirations.

Throughout the process, we focused on making the project buildable. By identifying potential challenges early and providing practical solutions, we helped set the stage for a smooth transition from design to delivery.

This phase will bring a diverse mix of homes to life, contributing to a vibrant and well-connected community. We’re looking forward to seeing it take shape on site.
