Manor Grange
Technical Design for Residential Development Using Timber Frame and Traditional Methods
24/Three collaborated with Keepmoat Homes on the third and final phase of the Manor Grange development in Peterborough. This exciting phase will see the delivery of 110 new homes across a 2.5-hectare site on the northern edge of the city suburbs.
The development features a carefully considered mix of terraced, semi-detached, and detached properties, including 47 two-bedroom, 54 three-bedroom, and 9 four-bedroom homes. The layout prioritises space and practicality, offering two parking spaces per home and an additional 19 visitor bays spread throughout the site.
We supported the project by designing the overall masterplan and producing a full technical house type pack. With everything now in place, construction is set to move forward smoothly.
