Keepmoat Homes brought in 24/Three to rethink a residential site in Mansfield, originally approved under a different developer. Our job was to create a fresh masterplan that reflected Keepmoat’s house types while keeping some of the strengths of the earlier scheme.

We prioritised pedestrian routes and green corridors, aiming to enhance community feel and create a more walkable, liveable environment. Working to a fast-moving timeline, we collaborated closely with the client to meet key planning milestones and ensure the proposal was both practical and high quality.

Once the planning application was submitted, we moved straight into developing the technical drawing package. That work is now well underway and we’re proud to be supporting Keepmoat as the vision comes to life. It’s another great example of our ability to deliver planning and technical services under pressure, without compromising on quality.
