Waters End
We worked closely with the client to design a DDA compliant extension to the Grade II listed cottage within a conservation area. The design is future proofed to cater for hoists and extra facilities if required.
The outcome allows for the family member to gain extra care whilst being part of the main household and providing freedom to carry out the love of their gardening.
We have worked closely with a MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) manufacturer to speed up the construction process. The extension was erected and in use in under 10 months.
