Our client wanted to increase density up to 180 homes which was achieved through rationalisation of the previously proposed highway layout and making the most of the fringe, tree lined green spaces. All the new homes will benefit from nature walks, pedestrian links, and open space, as well as being superbly positioned for commuting to the nearby transport network.
