Consultant Services within the Built Environment have changed, the requirements of scheme delivery now extend far beyond bricks and mortar; we have to deliver projects now with a view to safeguarding the environment for generations. 24/Three was set up to deliver projects with conscience, design with efficient flair and to leave a positive imprint on clients and the locality through our work.

As partners we strive to build conscious relationships with clients, designers and other consultants. We value face to face conversations and the ability to interrogate your deliverables; our job is to understand your vision and needs, then to deliver on your requirements. Building relationships through an initial project is our aim, proving our worth and value and forming a partnership with those involved.

We draw our experience from a wide spectrum having worked within PLC contractors, Developers, Local Authorities and SMEs, channelling the efficiencies of the larger organisations but combining those with the personable service we have given at the smaller organisations. We have been fortunate enough to work with excellent clients on exemplar projects and feel now is the time for us to offer these services independently. 24/Three are equipped with personnel who can deliver a turnkey service for your development, from Land Appraisal through to Handover.

Whilst we love to Masterplan! we also demonstrate success on difficult projects with complex problems. We relish a challenge, and are equally as happy appraising land opportunities as we are helping complete a final snag or building survey. We are confident we can add both value and efficiency to your project.
