Situated within the open countryside of Renhold our client commissioned us to replace existing rural outbuildings in poor repair with a bespoke new 3 bed dwelling.
This beautiful design uses a variety of materials and built form to reference the rural vernacular in a modern way. The building has been orientated to make the most of the impressive views across the open countryside as well as solar gains to improve energy efficiency.
The former rural lands ecology and biodiversity has also been enhanced through creating a wild flower setting for the dwelling.
