This challenging industrial site presented a number of difficulties ranging from site contamination, to working with an existing public right of way, just to name a few.
The scheme will deliver a range of dwelling sizes and tenures with a key public right of way being provided through the heart of the site. This green spinal route will better connect the surroundings with the existing Playing Fields, whilst also giving this former brownfield site a distinct character for residents.
The homes have been developed to be sympathetic to the surrounding area using key changes in material to create interest and focal points within the development.
