A redundant farm land with a 22 metre level change, ecological constraints, archaeological interest and surrounded and bounded by existing residential properties; has led to an opportunity to create a community focused development which is distinctive and design focused on creating spaces people love for life.
The proposal creates central public open spaces, with a relatively low density, character led approach to the layout.
