Royal Oak
We worked closely with a private client who were looking for a retirement 3 bedroom dwelling in an infill plot of land in an affluent area. The narrow site has been overgrown for several years and consists of a derelict Victorian greenhouse, constrained by mature trees with TPOs and sits within a Conservation area.
Our design produced am executive dwelling which catered for the clients specific needs.
We overcame the site constraints of mature trees with TPOs, a conservation area, access complications and neighbouring dwelling restrictions to deliver a consciously designed proposal which met the client requirements.
