Celebrating Growth at 24/Three
At 24/Three, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and celebrating their growth is an important part of our journey. We’re therefore delighted to share a new round of well-earned promotions for Philippa, Mark, Matt and Lorna.
Over the past few months, we’ve been proud to celebrate a series of well-earned promotions across our studio. Each reflecting the dedication, generosity and care our team brings to their work every day. Beyond their individual roles, those stepping into new positions consistently support colleagues, share insight and strengthen the collaborative culture that defines how we work together. As we approach our fifth anniversary this March, it feels especially meaningful to continue championing our people and encouraging them to grow with confidence. At 24/Three, we believe progress happens best in an open, supportive environment where every voice is valued and learning is shared across the whole team.
Recent achievements include the completion of Philippa’s Part 3 studies through the apprenticeship route, supported and funded by the studio, marking an important milestone in professional development and the transition into the responsibilities of a qualified architect. Alongside this, Lorna’s move from Architect to Project Architect strengthened our ability to lead projects with clarity, care and confidence, reinforcing the collaborative, design-led approach that underpins how we deliver thoughtful places as a studio. Matts progression to Technical Manager further reflects the trust placed in individuals who bring clarity, creativity and calm problem-solving to complex stages of design and delivery. Lastly, Mark’s step from BIM Manager into an Associate role demonstrates our recognition of leadership in all it’s forms, we are reinforcing how critical digital delivery and technical strategy is to delivering high quality, well resolved projects.
Together, these promotions represent more than new titles; they signal the shared ambition, resilience and people-first values that continue to guide our journey. We’re incredibly grateful for the energy and commitment our team brings to the studio each day, and excited to see how this next chapter of growth will shape the thoughtful, characterful places we create in the years ahead.
