South Site
We worked with a local developer on this 13 unit development as part of a mixed used masterplan in North Nottinghamshire. A new viability was carried out which required for the housetypes and site plan to be amended to meet current standards. Internal layouts were refined, and the external facades were updated to suit the affluent yet historic context.
We also worked with the client to create Employer’s Requirement documentation to streamline the tender process.
