Madison Court
A development created through a Joint Venture with the Bassetlaw Council and Woodhead Group, to create Bersahill. A previous brownfield site bounded by existing residential properties within a conservation area with ecological and heritage constraints.
The site also includes 1 existing tenant, who will be provided with a new home within a phased construction approach. We designed the proposed housetypes to utilise the exiting highways network which served the previous development.
The proposed development enhances the existing context and provides a sensitive development within this infill site.
